Booking privacy notice

Updated October 10, 2026. This notice covers the appointment and member-booking pages hosted by Absolute Edge. Your service company is identified on the booking page.

Information used for your visit

Booking uses your name, email, phone number, service address, selected services, appointment time, and any notes you provide. Member booking also uses the membership and eligible service properties associated with your private link. These details help your service company arrange the visit, assign staff, maintain service records, and send appointment communications.

Please do not put passwords, payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, medical information, or other sensitive information in the notes. These pages do not collect payment-card details.

Who processes the information

Your service company and its authorized staff use the booking information. Absolute Edge uses Supabase for booking and data services and Cloudflare for hosting and security verification. Appointment and requested membership emails use email-delivery services. Security verification may process browser and network information to help prevent abuse.

If the page asks you to check your service area, it sends the entered service address to Google Maps or the US Census Geocoder to estimate its location. The address-check form identifies this use before you request the check. Google Maps processing is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Maps terms. Address lookup coordinates are temporary verification data; your entered service address remains part of your booking record.

Private links and this browser

Anyone who has your private member link may be able to view the service properties covered by that link. Keep it confidential and avoid forwarding it. Newly requested member-email links are designed to expire after 30 minutes; contact your service company if a link was shared by mistake.

The booking page can store a request identifier and a fingerprint of your booking in this browser's session storage to help retry an interrupted request without creating a duplicate. That retry record does not contain your name, email, phone number, address, notes, or private link. Security providers may use cookies to protect the service.

Membership options

Choosing “Send me membership options” requests information by email. Requesting a private member link does not book an appointment, and requesting membership options does not enroll you in a plan.

Records and privacy requests

Your service company maintains appointment and service records. Contact that company using the contact details on its website, your estimate, invoice, or existing service correspondence to ask about access, corrections, deletion, retention periods, or an exposed private link. Include only the information needed to identify your request; do not send passwords or payment-card details.

Retention and deletion depend on the service company's obligations and recordkeeping practices. This notice does not promise a fixed deletion period or certify a particular security standard.
